End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Northwest Window Film ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Northwest Window Film online quote and payment platform ("Platform"), including all associated web pages, APIs, and services. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of requesting quotes, reviewing quotes, and making payments for window tinting services provided by Northwest Window Film. This license does not include the right to sublicense, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform.

3. Payment Processing

Payments made through the Platform are processed by Clover, a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you agree to Clover's terms of service and privacy policy. Northwest Window Film does not store your credit card or payment information. All payment transactions are subject to Clover's PCI-compliant security standards.

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote or making a payment.
• Keep your quote link confidential and do not share it with unauthorized parties.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform or its underlying systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on the Platform are the property of Northwest Window Film or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Quote estimates generated through the Platform are subject to adjustment upon physical inspection of the vehicle or property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Oregon law, Northwest Window Film shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform immediately ceases.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Oregon.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
