1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Northwest Window Film website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Northwest Window Film provides professional window tinting services for automotive, residential, and commercial properties in the Roseburg, Oregon area and surrounding Southern Oregon communities. We offer free estimates, pickup and delivery service for automotive clients, and on-site installation for residential and commercial projects.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to change upon physical inspection of the vehicle or property.
• Quotes are valid for the number of days specified on the quote (typically 14 days). After expiration, a new quote may be required.
• Prices include labor and materials unless otherwise stated. Tax is calculated separately where applicable.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual scope of work differs significantly from what was described in the quote request.

4. Payments

• Online payments are processed securely through Clover's hosted checkout platform. We do not store your credit card information.
• A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
• We accept payment via credit card (online or in store), debit card, and cash.
• All payments are in US dollars.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit amount.
• If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work, please contact us within 7 days of service. We will inspect the installation and, at our discretion, re-do the work or issue a refund.
• Refunds for completed services are issued at the sole discretion of Northwest Window Film.

6. Warranty

• All window film installations are backed by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product. Specific warranty details will be provided at the time of service.
• Our installation warranty covers defects in workmanship including bubbling, peeling, and purple discoloration under normal use.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, scratching, abuse, accidents, or acts of nature.
• Window film must be cleaned according to our care instructions to maintain warranty coverage. Do not clean newly installed film for at least 30 days.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle or property when requesting a quote.
• Ensure the vehicle or property is accessible and ready for service at the scheduled appointment time.
• Inform us of any existing damage, defects, or conditions that may affect the installation.
• Follow post-installation care instructions provided by our technicians.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Oregon law, Northwest Window Film shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions including but not limited to defroster line damage, glass defects, seal failures, or prior tint removal damage.

9. Oregon Law

Window tint applied to vehicles must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS 815.222) regarding visible light transmission (VLT) requirements. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with state law. Northwest Window Film can advise on legal tint levels but is not responsible for citations related to tint darkness choices made by the customer.

10. Website Use

• You may use this website for its intended purpose of learning about our services, requesting quotes, viewing quotes, and making payments.
• You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.
• Quote links are unique to each customer and should not be shared with unauthorized parties.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
